Podcast for 05-12-08 | Laaaaadieees?

laaaaadiiiieeeees.jpg

It's ladies night on The Weekly Geek, as Colette and Jinny join the very manly Chris and the always testosterone-heavy Mack in what is possibly the ladiest podcast ever. Is Guitar Hero IV going to rock Rock Band? Is Lost Winds Colette's favorite game evar? (Protip: it is!) Other topics include mini map dependence, Emerald City Comic Con, Crisis Core, and more great TV. Enjoy the brisk flavor of this special podcast... ladies.

GOB Bluth to Voice KITT In Knight Rider Movie

KITTI don't tend to venture to Harry Jay Knowles' domain of cheeto-stained finger people known as Ain't It Cool News, as their exclamation points and gigantic brown fonts make my degree in Computer Art shrivel up in the case. Occasionally they have actual "cool" news (when usually it just "ain't") - such as this recent report that the actor chosen to voice the robotic car KITT in the Knight Rider movie is none other than Will Arnett, GOB Bluth from Arrested Development.

While I have very little interest in sitting through what will most likely be a 2 hour David Hasselhoff cameo, this is a pretty cool choice. Will has an incredibly distinctive voice, I just hope he doesn't try to do a cheesy British accent. Speaking of, couldn't they just have hired Mr. Feeny? He's still alive, yeah?
